IPL 2023 Playoffs Chances: The 16th edition of the Indian Premier League is scheduled to begin on March 31. As per the IPL 2023 schedule, the first match will be played between defending champions Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings.
A total of 70 league matches will be played before the top 4 teams of the IPL points table enter the playoffs. The top four teams will play 2 qualifiers, and 1 eliminator to shortlist the IPL season finals playing teams.
BCCI hosts IPL 2023 Auction for the teams to complete their squad for the season where England all-rounder Sam Curran becomes the Most Expensive Player in the auction after Punjab Kings signed for a whooping INR 18.50 crore.
